1. What data we process about you

In the course of your visit to this website, we will collect the following information: The date and time of accessing a page on our website, your IP address, the name and version of your web browser, the website (URL) that you requested before calling this Website, certain cookies (see point 2 below) and any information you provide yourself by completing the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter or making a booking.

We automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits to us. These are:

  • browser type / version,
  • the operating system used,
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • the host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • the time of the server request,
  • the transferred amount of data and
  • the message whether the retrieval was successful.

The IP addresses of the users will be deleted or anonymized after the end of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the details of personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionately large amount of time, cost and manpower. The data in the so-called log files are evaluated by us in anonymous form in order to continue website improvements and make it more user-friendly, and find and fix bugs faster.

In addition, they are used to control the server capacities, in order to be able to provide corresponding data volumes if required.

Contact form

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

There is no obligation to actually disclose any information that we ask you to submit on our website. However, if you do not, you will not be able to use all features of the website.

Data usage when registering for the e-mail newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the information required or separately provided by you to send you regular e-mail newsletters.
As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration.
It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and can be done either by a message to the contact option described below or via a dedicated link in the newsletter.

7. Registration for the newsletter

The data provided for the registration for the newsletter (first name and surname, e-mail address) will only be used to send the newsletter. To send the newsletter, we use the e-mail address provided by you and then require your confirmation that you, as the owner of the e-mail address, agree with the receipt (so-called double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe option provided in the newsletter or at office@panoramattours.com. By signing up to receive the newsletter, you agree to receive information about products, services and events.

We use the list provider MailChimp to send our newsletter. MailChimp is an offer from The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Rocket"). Rocket has signed the so-called "Safe Harbor Agreement" on July 22, 2008, which is a privacy agreement between the European Union and the United States.

The data stored during registration will be transmitted to Rocket and stored by Rocket. The data provided during registration will not be transmitted to other third parties. After registering, MailChimp will send you an e-mail to confirm your registration. Furthermore, MailChimp offers various analysis options on how to open and use the sent newsletters, i.e. how many users sent an e-mail, whether e-mails were rejected, and whether users logged out of the list after receiving an e-mail. However, these analyzes are only group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation. MailChimp also uses the Google Analytics analytics tool from Google, Inc and may include it in the newsletters. 8. Legal basis of processing 

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our overriding legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), which is to achieve the purposes set out in point 3 above and the legal basis for the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract (Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO) or your consent, if you register for the newsletter. 


9. Transmission of your personal data 

For the above purposes, we will send your personal information to the following recipients:

Some of the above recipients are located outside your country or process your personal information there. The level of data protection in other countries may not match that of your country. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has determined that they have an adequate level of data protection, or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. We have carefully selected our partners. Our partners take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with data protection regulations and that your rights are protected. 10. Duration of storage

We will always save your data for a period of two months. Longer storage will only be provided to the extent necessary to investigate identified attacks on our website.

In any case, if you place orders or bookings on our website, we will store your data until the contract is fulfilled or as long as legal obligations so stipulate.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we will store the data as long as the newsletter is sent and no revocation takes place.
