Living in the heart of Vienna

The Hotel Bristol opposite the Vienna State Opera has been more than hundred years an elegant meeting point of the rich cultural and business life of the city. Opened in 1892, the hotel was named after the English city of Bristol, and soon known all over the world.

Valuable antiques of the fin de siècle blend harmoniously with the latest technology. After extensive renovation, the Bristol now shines in new splendor. New rooms, new banquet facilties, a restaurant and lobby were completed in 2014. Here you will find an urban oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. And yet you are always on the cutting edge: Free of charge WLAN opens your wireless connection to the business world.

Bristol lounge

After extensive restoration, the Hotel Bristol presents the newly designed Bristol Lounge, which also bears the signature of Pierre Yves Rochon. The Lounge follows a special concept, it is called "All Day Dining" and offers buffet breakfast with show kitchen, changing lunch dishes as well as an a la carte selection of Austrian dishes with international influences. Furthermore the Bristol Lounge offers "Original English Tea Time" at the open fireplace as well as a 5-course "master menu".

Banquets and Events

Since October 2012, the banquet floor shines in new splendor. From small meetings or presentations to big weddings, our seven sumptuous rooms are the perfect setting for your event from 10 to 250 people. The new design of the famous Parisian designer Pierre-Yves Rochon highlights the rich history of the building in an elegant combination with the lastest technology.
