An action programme held in the largest classroom of all, the countryside. At several different stations en route, participants learn to surpass their own limits and how to increase their concentration, stamina and to act with greater self-awareness. The programme includes the 'flying fox', a fascinating route across the valley which demands courage, will power and a fearless approach to speed. It also includes the 'Malaysian rope bridge', an adventurous way to cross a 45 m gorge on two ropes, and the 'spider's web jump', where participants have to jump into a rope net suspended over a canyon. Hardly surprising that this event will mobilise the participants with renewed strength.
