Breakfast in the mountains - June til September. Hike to the Astenalm (about 30 minutes). Breakfast at the dairymaid Frieda with eggs, ham, cheese and selfmade doughnuts. Duration: about 3 hours
A day in the alps - Visit of the Moar-Oma and her hut. Singing with Woidl. Drive home the cows and milk them. Then we walk to the Veitbauernhütte. The darymaid Erika shows us the production of cheese and butter. Typical Austrian snack.
"Test entrance in the Heilstollen" - Unique througout the world is the climate in the Gasteiner curative tunnel. Thanks to its high success rate, the tunnel ranks as the number one health treatment all across the Gastein Valley.
Horse sledge ride - Horse sledge ride to the Prossau. Duration about 3 hours.
"Alp-flowers" walk - Guided walk to Sportgastein - experience the nature In about 1600 m height. Afterwards we serve you 'shredded pancake with sugar and raisins' at the Naßfeldalm.
Lamatrekking - Another type of walk - lamas accompan you to the alps, where a traditional Austrian snack waits for you!
Großglockner Hochalpenstraße - Drive over the highest alp-street. Cross Bruck at the Glocknerstraße to Heiligenblut (Kärnten).
Eisriesenwelt Werfen - Visit the world's largest ice cave. Cable car and guide.

"Beer conference" in Kaltenhausen - Visit to the brewery testing the different beers
Cosy hut evening - Drive with the cable car to the "Bellevue Alm", enjoy "Kasnock'n" - a typical Austrian meal with traditional music.
