The Steigenberger Avance Hotel is located above the 1,000 year-old city of Krems. Surrounded by vineyards, and with a splendid view over the Danube valley, this residence is a veritable "country house in the vineyards". All 116 rooms and 10 junior suites are designed in the typical Country House style. Whereas the rooms facing the west have sun in the afternoon and the early evening, and are particularly quiet as they are located on the side of the vineyards, the rooms facing the east provide a beautiful view over the historic city of Krems, the vineyards and the Danube valley.

The culinary tradition of the Wachau region is reflected in the cosy restaurant "Weinstuben" and the fascinating main restaurant with view over the city of Krems and the everpresent vineyards. Our awardwinning cuisine offers light lunch buffets as well as creative dinner menus, of course accompanied by local wine specialities, recommended by our sommeliers. In summertime, the terrace invites you to enjoy every meal of the day outside in the sunshine - from a relaxing breakfast to an elegant dinner.
