Wildwater tour
Pure adventure. Wild water. A ride through gorges. Courage will be rewarded with a hearty rafter-snack. The rafter ritual may of course not be missing! Or experience nature up close: rappelling into ravines, canyoning - a mix of hiking, rappelling, climbing, waterfall jumping and swimming.
'Schuhplattler' Evening (Folk dancing)
In the unique Schafflinger Skialm - furnsihed in the rustical style of a traditional Salzburg alpine hut, with a capacity of up to 120 people. Wander with fire torches along the Kaiserin Elisabeth promenade, stopping along the way at the Stuberkogel Ski bar for a Jaeger tea or William's pear schnapps. In the hut itself, a variety of regional dishes are on offer. After the meal, things step up a beat with the original Gasteiner Schuhplattler (traditional slapping & dancing, lasting around 1,5 hours). Guests are encouraged to join in, as the dancing, games and fun proceed to the music of the accordion.
Eat lika a knight
Experience a historical mountain castle evening at the Klammstein fortress in Dorfgastein. Enjoy the diverse range of knight's activities, such as ice coites shooting, ice roulette or the wood choppers Olympics! Following a tour of the castle and an aperitif, meet in the castles dining room for a typical knights meal - something sweet, something savory, spicy starters, dishes such as rib of pork and farmer's savory doughnuts, or farm hands hearty meat and dumplings with a crunchy salad on the side.
