Kufstein Fortress has, for over 800 years, always been a place visited by many different people. Yet in the first few centuries it was hostile armies who sought to conquer the fortress. Since the very beginning events took place
There has always been a lot going on at Kufstein Fortress. It was just not called an event. It was plundering and conquesting instead. Fortunately, this has changed: today there are no armies at the gates of the fortress. In fact, up to 4,200 guests can be hosted in this unique event location - at open-air events in the roofed area called "festungsarena", individually planned private or corporate events of all kinds, seminars and incentives as well as weddings.
